Workplace Aptitude Test (WAT)

The Workplace Aptitude Test (WAT) helps employers accurately measure a candidate’s level of general cognitive ability. The test presents 30 questions focusing on math, reasoning and vocabulary commonly encountered at work.

EQ Profile +

The EQ Profile + is a general indicator of an individual’s ability to recognise and regulate emotions within themselves and in others. These abilities have been found to be of great importance in various aspects of career success. The EQ Profile + assesses 10 EQ dimensions.
