Director

Peter Taylor, (M.Sc., FCIPD)

Peter has over twenty five years’ consultancy experience working internationally with a
variety of client organisations across the private, public and third sectors. These assignments have included working in North America, Far East, South Africa and several European countries. The core of Peter’s work continues to be the development of people and work. Prior to consultancy he worked in leadership roles within Human Resources, the last of which was Director of Human Resources & Quality for a major financial services organisation in the UK. He has experience of using the EFQM Excellence Model as one method of delivering organisational transformation and led a team that won the British Quality Foundation’s annual quality award, the first Financial Services organisation to do so in the UK.

He has a Master’s degree in Management Development and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. He is qualified to British Psychological Society level B and is an accredited CPA and LPA Practitioner and Trainer, and Master Trainer in Team Management Systems. He has been a director of Bioss UK since 2000 and Managing Director since 2010.

Paul Leibowitz

Paul is a seasoned Organisational Psychologist and Managing Director at Purple Talent Solutions, where he leads with a deep commitment to unlocking human and organisational potential. With over two decades of consulting experience through Bioss Southern Africa and EDAC, Paul has worked across industries helping executive teams align their strategy, structure, and people for long-term performance and sustainability.

Paul specialises in assessing and developing leadership capability, guiding organisations to make better talent decisions at all levels. He brings particular expertise in complex decision-making, Levels of Work, and capability assessments – critical tools for building agile, future-fit organisations.

Known for his rigorous yet practical approach, Paul serves as a key advisor to boards and executive teams facing complex challenges of change, growth, and strategic uncertainty. He continues to shape the evolution of leadership thinking through his work with Purple Talent Solutions, where behavioural science meets real-world business outcomes.

Director

Jacques Haworth

Jacques is has extensive experience in the areas of assessment, assessment centres, training, coaching, competency design, organisational design, talent management, career development and succession planning. 

He has over 20 years’ experience working in the HR field, both locally and globally across various industries including mining, financial services, pharmaceuticals, transportation, FMCG and government. During this time he has led projects focusing on total organisational redesign and development. He has also supported clients in the design and development of assessment centres, competency design, talent management models and processes, assessment practices, as well as the design and delivery of various bespoke interventions aimed at empowering clients to build their skills internally.

Jacques is an avid reader, a nature lover and a keen student of the work of Carl Jung. He is passionate about designing requisite and flexible organisations that allow for the optimal utilisation of people as a competitive advantage.

Lisa Ashton

Lisa holds a M.Com degree in Human Resources Management (Industrial Psychology) and is a senior Industrial Psychologist.  She has over 30 years of consulting experience from a wide range of Human Resource and Organisational Change projects and interventions.

Her areas of specialty include: Executive assessment; Succession Planning; Talent Management; Human Resources Development; Strategic Human Resource Planning and Coaching. She has a special interest in Wisdom, Human Judgement, Governance frameworks for AI and leadership development. She believes that leadership is about creating conditions for others to be successful. Her particular area of expertise is in the development of People Strategies to deliver on the strategic intent of organisations.

Head of Operations

Sonia Jardim

Sonia is a qualified and registered Independent Psychometrist with over a decade of experience in the field of organisational psychology. She holds an Honours degree in Organisational Psychology, having completed her undergraduate studies at Rhodes University and her postgraduate studies through UNISA. Sonia has specialised in talent assessment, retention, and development. Sonia joined BIOSS SA in 2014, where she has played a key role in leveraging psychometric tools to support individuals and organisations in making informed people decisions. She has a particular passion for coaching and training, with a focus on unlocking potential and driving performance through data-driven insights.
